Job Description:

We are looking for a Recruitment Executives for Manufacturing Industry Recruitment Process for our clients based at CANADA.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the Job description and client requirements.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.

Skills Required:

• Ability to work in Night Shift.
• Very good English communication
• Understanding of various sourcing channels, i.e. Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Experience working on an Application tracking system would be a plus.

Experience:

• One to Two years’ experience with any international voice or recruitment process.
• Freshers with adequate skills can apply.
