Stage 1 – SOURCING
We attract qualified candidates on behalf of the clients to fill Permanent full-time roles from entry-level to executive positions for several industries with a focus on manufacturing, majorly in Automotive (Tire 1 & Tire 2), Aerospace, Food & Packaging, pharmaceutical, chemical, metal industry. We hire within the desired time frame even when you need 5 or 50 resources.

Stage 2 – QUALIFYING CANDIDATES FOR ELIGIBILITY
We put our best efforts in evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through our unique screening process and by filling our in-depth qualification/questionnaire. We maintain and document candidate communication within the Applicant Tracking system ATS which is our in-house tracking system

Stage 3 – INTERVIEW PROCESS FOR CANDIDATES
Our recruiters are always actively involved in coaching/leading candidates and clients through the hiring process, following up with both clients and candidates. Thus, serving as a link between the clients and candidates ensuring both sides are satisfied with the outcome.
Expertise in – Coordinating the Interview Process and Plant Visit with Hiring Managers, coaching candidates through the hiring process
